OPAL-RT Training at Victoria University, Melbourne 2018

A 4-days training is provided by OPAL-RT at Victoria University, Footscray Park Campus. The training included the use of HYPERSIM and RT-LAB in real time. The topic covered includes various modelling in HYPERSIM and RT-LAB, establishing communication through IEC 61850/DNP3, basic troubleshooting and hands-on experience  of the software/hardware use. Software-in-loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-loop (HIL) was also experienced in the training.
